nearing completion on my Junior

New bottom finished, varnish and paint complete, engine installed, trailer done, next comes the wiring and the fun partputting the chrome back on

Bob - re image: Junior is looking good....but it must be hard to avoid the distraction of the little black number in the foreground.....

Thanks Tritone for the comment, yeah the 64 356 is really cool but pretty much done, making a best effort to have my Junior at the concours in August

Replacing the bottom is a lot less scary than you think, finding the ply for it is the biggest problem.

I used three sheets of 10 mm all mahogany ply, and welded them together to make a 20 sheet.
I made a 20 cm weld with epoxy glue, that stuff is so strong that the sheet will always break NEXT to the weld.
